Call Back Service

The Company provides twenty-four hour call back service depending on contract type (as per table above). The Company responds only to calls placed by the specified representative except in case of emergency calls (e.g. someone trapped in the elevator).
In case of an emergency call, allow 120 minutes minimum from the time the call is placed until the arrival of a maintenance person to the site /p>

Visit Frequency

For the good operating of the equipment the Company performs routine maintenance examinations as often as it judges necessary – minimum 12 visits per year for any type of apparels and 24 visits per year for the Mitsubishi elevators & escalators – for all installed apparels under maintenance agreement, and this during official working hours
