Job title: Sales Executive
   
Performance Goals:
  • Build and maintain exceptional customer relations to generate repeat business and client referrals.
  • Prepare and follow up on project offers and tenders.
  • Respond to clients’ queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate contract terms with customers to reach a mutually advantageous agreement.
  • Manage and take ownership of customer relationship from contract signature to product handover.
  • Continuously seek out new business by exploring new building projects and establishing contacts with contractors, architects and consultants.
  • Provide architects and consultants with basic technical support.
  • Follow up on the preparation of technical submittals, drawings, offers and contracts.
  • Handle technical enquiries, when necessary, and coordinate with technical department to ensure all pending issues are settled prior to product hand-over.

Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Maximum 2 years Sales or Engineering experience.

Job title: Project Manager
   
Performance Goals:
  • Lead the installation team and ensure the installation process is carried out according to Mitsulift standards.
  • Oversee the handing over of the final and finished product to the customer and the After Sales Department.
  • Coordinate, when necessary, with Sales and After Sales Departments to ensure smooth work flow, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver consistent quality customer service by being punctual, courteous and thorough.
  • Adhere to and ensure employees adhere to all Mitsulift safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Coordinate on-site with the customer or site engineer.
  • Handle the on-site preparation of all material needed for installation.
  • Plan and supervise technicians’ installation work.
  • Ensure the final product being delivered meets the pre-selected standards and sales order specifications and conditions.
  • Report to Quality Department any product or equipment deficiency.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Maximum 2 years Engineering experience.

  • Implement Lebanese Chart of Account
  • Work with auditors in Syria to comply with IFRS standards
  • Align Syria financial reporting to Mitsulift Group requirements
  • Create Cost Centers to monitor performance
  • Issue monthly backlog report as per Mitsulift Group standards
  • Issue monthly Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements as per Mitsulift Group standards
  • Forecast project invoicing monthly
  • Issue Aging reports
  • Manage and control the accountants in daily tasks and implementing new standards
  • Provide the General Manager with required punctual analysis
Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Finance
  • Experience: 3-6 years experience
  • Languages: o Knowledge of Arabic and English
  • Computer Skills: o Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
