Job title:	Project Manager

Performance Goals:	Lead the installation team and ensure the installation process is carried out according to Mitsulift standards. Oversee the handing over of the final and finished product to the customer and the After Sales Department. Coordinate, when necessary, with Sales and After Sales Departments to ensure smooth work flow, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Deliver consistent quality customer service by being punctual, courteous and thorough. Adhere to and ensure employees adhere to all Mitsulift safety procedures and guidelines. Coordinate on-site with the customer or site engineer. Handle the on-site preparation of all material needed for installation. Plan and supervise technicians’ installation work. Ensure the final product being delivered meets the pre-selected standards and sales order specifications and conditions. Report to Quality Department any product or equipment deficiency.
Requirements:	University Degree in Electrical Engineering. Maximum 2 years Engineering experience. Fluent knowledge of Arabic English and French. Basic computer skills. Self-driven, autonomous, team leader, excellent supervisor and communicator, customer-oriented, initiative-taker, problem-solver.

Job title:	After-Sales Area Manager

Performance Goals:	Handle all maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown-related issues in designated zone. Handle and execute all tasks related to major works as per Mitsulift standards. Supervise technicians & provide them with adequate support to ensure satisfactory execution & completion of maintenance work.
Requirements:	University Engineering Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering 0-2 years experience Excellent command of Arabic, English and French Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, great communicator, team-player, able to manage and motivate others, customer -oriented, able to work under pressure.

Job title:	After-Sales Account Executive

Performance Goals:	Handle all aspects of maintenance contracts from write-up to renewal for designated zone. Deliver continuous quality service to each customer. Create contracts for newly installed apparels transferred from the installation department and establish contact with the owners. Follow up on maintenance contracts and renewals. Handle invoicing, billing and collection follow up for maintenance and repair work conducted.
Requirements:	Education: University degree in Business Computing, Administration or equivalent. Experience: 0-2 years. Languages: Arabic, English and French. Job title:	IT Executive

Performance Goals:	Performance IT tasks as requested. Perform server maintenance, backup and updates. Provide daily IT assistance and troubleshooting to employees and assist them with regards to company-used software and programs. Handle orders of new PCs and peripherals. Perform and follow up on IT security procedures and measures. Follow up on new IT technologies and assess their potential use and application in Mitsulift.
