Full Contract
The purpose of the Full protective maintenance program is to maintain the equipment in substantially new condition, and properly adjusted to secure its use and to provide trouble-free service.
We provide full protective maintenance on the equipment according to the maintenance procedures set out in this specification where the replacement of all parts (genuine manufacturer's parts) during regular working hours is included in the maintenance contract except of parts damaged not exclusively by vandalism, water, electricity, fire, theft, or abnormal use.
All contracts are subscribed for a minimum period of One year.
Saphir: This type of maintenance contract falls under the Full Contract mode. The call back service spans over 5 days/week from Monday to Thursday from 07h30 until 16h00 and Friday from 07h30 until 14h00. We provide call back service allowing maximum 120 minutes for call back reply, and this for each different specified contract in the board here above.

Emeraude: This type of maintenance contract falls under the Full Contract mode. The call back service spans over 365 days/year from 07h30 until 22h00. We provide call back service allowing maximum 120 minutes for call back reply, and this for each different specified contract in the board here above.

Diamant: This type of maintenance contract falls under the Full Contract mode. The call back service spans over 365 days/year and 24/24 hours. We provide call back service allowing maximum 120 minutes for call back reply, and this for each different specified contract in the board here above.

Tri-Diamant: This type of maintenance contract falls under the Full Contract mode. The most important feature we grant our customer subscribing to the Tri-Diamond is the permanence on site, where dedicated and highly expert after sales technicians will be available in the customer’s premises 24/24 hours.
