If the elevator gets trapped between two floors please follow the below instructions.

1. Contact the passengers in the elevator through the car telephone and advise them that they are being attended     to.
2. Switch off the elevator main disconnecting switch.
3. Push slowly & carefully the red bottom located nearest to the pressure gauge.
4. The car will move down when the red bottom is pressed.
5. If the car fails to go down use the hand pump in order to raise it.
6. After the elevator car is brought to the landing, open the landing door manually with the emergency key and     release the passengers.
7. If the problem wasn’t due to power failure do not switch on the circuit breaker.
