By using as a platform the wide panel of its clientele and its strong reputation of being a professional and efficient service company (By service company we do not only mean the after sales service we offer to our clientele, but also the pre-sales support and the installation courtesy and accuracy), Mitsulift and Equipment should be able to promote electro-mechanical products that need accurate and proper installation and a continuous preventive maintenance.

This is why; high management decided to create an independent profit center to handle complementary products.
Profitability of this profit center should not only be in sales value but also in added maintenance and spare parts sales as well as securing jobs for the elevator division.

The Revolving doors: Supplier Royal Boon Edam – Holland
The Garage doors: Supplier Breda- Italy / GOKSU –Turkey
The Handicap platform: Supplier Cibes – Sweden
In the near future some additional products will be included such as Inclined Elevators and Building Management System to respond to market demand and need.
Our reference list shows clearly that the implementation of the above strategy during the years 2003 till mid 2005 have led to some success in increasing market acceptance for these products. With more than 29 units of Window Cleaning System installed or under installation along with 25 operational revolving doors and almost 50 Garage door installed or under installation Mitsulift Group is becoming a known reference for these products.
In 2005, AESA-WCS was introduced to its sister companies in Syria, Greece and Cyprus after acquiring sole distributorship for these markets.
Continuous efforts should be made to increase market acceptance and in order to include these products in future prominent projects as well as continue to search for non available or poorly served products that share the same values than Mitsulift Group product panel.
